Online Accreditation Management System

AAHRPP started the rollout of the Online Accreditation Management System (OAMS) by offering accredited organizations the ability to manage information about their organizations and the profiles of Application Contacts, Alternate Application Contacts, Organizational Officials, Billing Contacts, and Read Only Users.

Who can log into the OAMS?

Only personnel from organizations that have been accredited can log in to the OAMS. If you are unsure if you have an account, contact the Application Contact for your organization.  If you don’t know who your organization’s Application Contact is or have other questions, reach out to AAHRPP Help Desk at [email protected].

What functionality does the OAMS currently feature?

  • Organizations will manage information about their organizations as well as Application Contacts, Alternate Application Contacts, Organizational Officials, Billing Contacts, and Read Only Users through the OAMS instead of submitting this information via Annual Reports or other forms AAHRPP previously provided (e.g., the Reportable Event Form).
  • Organizations can add an unlimited number of Alternate Application Contacts and Read Only Users. Read Only Users can view their organization’s OAMS account but are unable to edit details while Alternate Application Contacts have the same permissions as Application Contacts.
